Construction Program Management Masterclass
Construction Program Masterclass (CPM) Masterclass allows participants to understand the whole gamut of construction from conceptualization, implementation, completion, and close-out. The program is designed to level up the skills and capacities of senior leaders and managers – to further drive the growth and competitiveness of their organizations.
Masterclass Series
The Masterclass Series focuses on offering a curriculum based on the needs of the Philippine construction industry. In the past years, we have offered 2 courses namely:
Introduction to FIDIC Contracts: Module 1 and 2, in collaboration with FIDIC Academy; and
Masterclass Series in Quantity Surveying, in collaboration with the Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors.
Construction Supervisors Training Program
The Construction Supervisors Training Program aims to train current team leaders, potential supervisors, foremen, and site managers seeking to gain a deeper understanding of leadership, communication, and management principles. To offer this program, PCA entered into a MOA with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) last 24 July 2018 to train 2,000 construction supervisors and assistant construction supervisors – with a total value of Php 30 million under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP).
Faculty Immersion
The Faculty Immersion is an upcoming program between PCA and an academic institution. To execute this, a faculty will be immersed in a PCA member company to experience and learn what goes behind the scenes in a construction company – as a way to bridge the academic curriculum and the industry needs.
Student Internship
PCA partners up with an academic institution to offer Student Internship Programs to collegiate students, so they can have an opportunity to be in a workplace simulation which can be the springboard of career placement after graduation.
