In 1945, against the backdrop of the Second World War, nine Filipino contractors banded together to form the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA), in response to the need to get the country back on track. Their first task, rebuild Manila from the ashes of war. Today, 78 years after it was established, PCA is a partner for nation-building, a leading exemplar for the industry here and abroad, a catalyst for change, and an organization that embodies excellence and knows that prestige comes with performance.
